Our Emergency Care and Rescue Ambulances
(ASSU) participate in Emergency Medical Aid (AMU).
Connected 24h/24 to SAMU 69, our teams
provide rescue missions to people.
A fleet of 60 vehicles, all equipped
with monitoring and resuscitation equipment.
Dokever is connected 24h/24 to SAMU 69, so the SAMU medical regulation center is aware of the availability, position and equipment of all our vehicles in real time in order to choose the most appropriate means for the situation.
Missioned by the medical regulation of the SAMU of LYON, by SOS Médecins or a attending physician, our Emergency and Care Ambulances (ASSU) respond to pre-hospital emergencies by intervening day and night with the population.
Our ambulance drivers provide 24 hours a day, under public service delegation, rescue missions to people under the authority of SAMU - Centre 15.
Standardized and approved by the Regional Health Agency (ARS ARA), each ambulance is equipped with emergency equipment and resuscitation equipment (multiparameter monitors, adult and pediatric BAVU, Semi-Automatic Defibrillator, medical oxygen, cervical collars, etc.).
Our paramedics all hold the State Diploma of Ambulance Driver (DEA) and are up to date with the AFGSU 2 training (level II emergency procedures and care).
Our nurses on board all have several years of experience in intensive care and/or neonatology and are also up to date with AFGSU 2.
In addition, a assessment sheet summarizing the victim's medical-administrative data is systematically completed by our teams and sent to the emergency services.
Monitoring by adapted transport that minimizes complications with an adapted resource: Nurse, Nursing Assistant, Doctor (depending on the need)...
Ensure continuity of nursing care during the transfer of a patient from one hospital to another (decree 2004-802).
