Our training organization dedicated to health professionals and emergency management aims to:
• Support the development and specialization of health professionals in different sectors (health transport, medico-social, hospital and pre-hospital, emergency management in companies).
• Offer on-site training and share our field experience in managing situations emergency.
• Control the quality of training for employees and internal collaborators of the Dokever group.
For this purpose, our training organization is certified DPC (No. 7848), Datadock, Qualiopi and CESU antenna (Emergency Care Teaching Center).
With more than 50 trainers and 80 highly specialized training courses, Dokever Formation is the armed wing of the group, allowing us to keep our employees up to date on the one hand, and to develop our skills on the other. health professionals in specializations in emergency care.

• Biomedical equipment identical to that used by doctors and nurses.
• High-fidelity simulator in situ with live video recording: this mannequin reacts to care from a medical and felt point of view, an innovative process promoting participatory teaching with scenarios as close as possible to real conditions.

Dokever Formation brings together professionals from the medical, paramedical and teaching fields, to set up pragmatic training courses dedicated to emergency management:
• More than 50 trainers, rooted in the reality of professional practices, working in health or medico-social establishments. A multidisciplinary team composed of all medical and pre-hospital professions (specialist doctors, health managers and senior managers, nurses, ambulance drivers).
• A teaching and administrative team, guaranteeing quality and ensuring the proper logistics of each training course implemented.
• A scientific committee (medical and paramedical) to design new solutions in terms of prevention and interventions.

Scientific Committee
Dokever Formation relies on a scientific committee (medical and paramedical) in order to feed a body of knowledge in health and safety, to design new solutions in terms of prevention and interventions.
