To this end, our training organization, labeled DPC (No. 7848), Datadock, Qualiopi and CESU branch (Emergency Care Teaching Center), has set up a sustainable system of training actions.
Why do our training courses stand out?
• Our trainers are anchored in the reality of professional practices and work in healthcare or medico-social establishments.
• Our medical assistance activities during major sporting or cultural events, on specific sites (stadiums, airports, industry) and in specialized medical transport provide essential feedback to develop the training of healthcare professionals.
• Dokever Formation has an innovative and high-performance technical simulation platform (biomedical equipment identical to that used by doctors and nurses, high-fidelity simulator).
• Our AFGSU training courses are available in 2 levels, the first is aimed at all people working in a healthcare establishment in the broad sense (hospitals, clinics, EHPADs, medical practices, health centers).
• The second concerns medical and paramedical health professionals (doctors, dentists, pharmacists, nursing assistants, ambulance drivers, AES, physiotherapists, etc.).
• Our trainers can intervene directly in your establishments throughout France.
Objectives of AFGSU training 2:
• Identify a medical emergency and participate in its management while waiting for the medical team to arrive.
• Participate in the response to collective emergencies and exceptional health situations.
As a CESU (Emergency Care Teaching Center) branch, we are authorized to provide AFGSU training.
• ATCN training courses are exclusively dedicated to State-certified nurses, whether specialized or not, who may be required to manage seriously injured people. They can be supported by the DPC (Continuing Professional Development).
The training is provided by our partner ATCN France, on our premises for sessions taking place in Lyon.
Objective: actively participate in the care of the seriously injured person during the first hour following the trauma according to the ABCDE algorithm.
• Our ABCDE training courses are aimed at Paramedics, Ambulance Assistants and Nurses, in order to optimize care and assessment.
AFGSU: comprehensive training to ensure emergency management.
The AFGSU training was created with the aim of distinguishing itself from general public training such as the PSC (Prevention and civic aid) and training for volunteer first aiders. It is mainly aimed at staff working in health and medico-social establishments. Its aim:
Since 2006, training in emergency procedures and care has framed the practice of many professionals working in health establishments. Available in 2 levels, AFGSU 1 and 2, it has undergone several changes over the years.
Since the decree of July 1, 2019, this training has become mandatory for professionals working in health centers and health centers. Its content has also expanded: focus on exceptional health situations, transmission of a vital and circumstantial assessment, remote guidance to perform emergency procedures, etc.
AFGSU level 1 concerns people working in a healthcare establishment in the broad sense: hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, medical practices, health centers, i.e. secretaries, maintenance staff, educators, etc.
In short, anyone who works in an establishment that welcomes patients is strongly encouraged to follow AFGSU 1 training to acquire knowledge, actions and behaviors adapted to an emergency situation.
Level 2 AFGSU concerns healthcare workers. The list of these professionals is indicated in the Public Health Code. These include doctors, dentists, pharmacists, nursing assistants, childcare assistants, ambulance drivers, ambulance assistants, laboratory technicians, paramedical professionals such as occupational therapists and physiotherapists, etc.
Since 2007, level 2 AFGSU has also been mandatory for samplers. Students enrolled in a paramedical course (AS, AP, IDE, IADE, IBOPE, PUER) or following training to become doctors, pharmacists, dental surgeons and midwives, must obtain level 2 of the AFGSU.
The validity period of the AFGSU 2 is 4 years. During this period, it is essential to follow a refresher course called "recycling" lasting 7 hours in order to renew your knowledge and skills. Without this update before the end of the validity period, levels 1 and 2 must be retaken in their entirety.
