Specialized ambulance, with a Nurse
and a State-certified Ambulance Driver.

Hospital, with a nurse on board.
A fleet of 60 vehicles departing
from 8 cities in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
Our philosophy? Include medical transport in the continuity of care. An intermediate link in medical transport between the SMUR and the conventional ambulance, the T2IH allows:
- to ensure the continuity of nursing care during the transfer of a patient from one hospital to another (decree no. 2004-802),
- to reduce transport costs.
Specialist in perinatal transfers (In Utero Transfers and Newborn Transfers), Dokever Ambulance allows hospitals and clinics to optimize beds level III.
These transfers are managed by the CRTPRA (Regional Cell for Perinatal Transfers Rhône-Alpes) of the SAMU of LYON.
All our T2IH are subject to paramedical regulation and then a time-stamped, signed and commented report.
In an emergency situation, the teams apply the protocols established
by our Medical Director (Anesthesiologist-Resuscitator).
All of our ambulances, standardized and approved by the Regional Health Agency (ARS ARA) are equipped with emergency equipment (multiparameter monitors, perfusion kit, etc.) and resuscitation equipment (adult and pediatric BAVU, Semi-Automatic Defibrillator, medical oxygen, etc.).
Our nurses on board all have several years of experience in intensive care and/or neonatology and are up to date with training in level II emergency procedures and care (AFGSU 2).
With our experience, we have developed our know-how in neonatology, pediatrics and adult (obstetrics, cardiology, pulmonology, neurology, psychiatry, etc.) transports in our various departmental branches: Lyon, Saint-Etienne, Villefranche-sur-Saône, Valence, Grenoble, Annecy...
Today, we are widely recognized as the regional specialist in nursing transfers by our clients (Lyon University Hospital, Vienna Hospital, Valence Hospital, Bourg-en-Bresse Hospital, Saint-Etienne University Hospital, etc.) as well as our partners (SAMU 69, SAMU 38, etc.).
Transfer cells benefit from a regulatory base proportionate to the risks.
• Respiratory distress with Silverman < 4, Gestational age > 32SA.
• Non-symptomatic infectious risk.
• Hypoglycemia.
• Intrauterine growth retardation.
• Withdrawal syndrome with replacement therapy.
Dokever integrates the CRTPRA protocols of the sector in all regions with regulating nurses.
The regulation of intra-uterine transfers requires appropriate health supervision. (DHOS/01n°2006-273)
• Placenta previa with metrorrhagia < 12 hours, without active bleeding.
Maternal diabetes with insulin by electric syringe driver.
• PAD, singleton pregnancy under IV tocolysis.
Twin PAD with IV tocolysis by oxytocin antagonist.
Risk management with Dokever: secure and complete medical protocols with appropriate monitoring.
Cardiology patients require a rigorous and adapted monitoring system.
• ACS stabilized for 12 hours by medical treatment,
+/- under anti GP2b3a,
Requiring rapid recourse to the interventional cardiology platform.
• Clinically stable ACS
Following the interventional cardiology procedure.

The ultra-reactivity and the mastery of emergency procedures are the strength of our systems.
A service dedicated to the regulatory framework for involuntary hospitalizations.
• Developments in the reform in psychiatry.
• Increase in hospital / court journeys (with the JLD).
• Mandatory paramedical support for HO and HDT.
The Inter-Hospital Nursing Transfer (T2IH) simplifies the management of nursing schedules by avoiding the use of internal nursing staff during transfers within the establishment.
Monitoring by adapted transport that minimizes complications with an adapted resource: Nurse, Nursing Assistant, Doctor (depending on the need)...
Ensure continuity of nursing care during the transfer of a patient from one hospital to another (decree 2004-802).
